Our Rules

Professional Conduct

  1. Employees must arrive on time for their scheduled shifts.
  2. Wear clean, professional attire appropriate for a barber shop i.e is Black Shirt, Red Shirt and White Shirt with Ibali Men salon logo on it. Any violation on this Penalty will be applied on same day; i.e 300Rs /day. Continuous violation will implement additional 300 Rs on penalty fee from next day onwards.
  3. Be polite, courteous, and attentive to all customers.
  4. Respect the privacy of clients and keep conversations and details confidential
  5. Employee will provide CNIC copy front & back to the owner at the time of enrolment
  6. The official OFF DAY in Ibali Men Salon will be Tuesday.
  7. Opening of the salon will be at 11:00 am sharp. Therefore, closing of salon will be at 2am sharp.
  8. After 2am none of customers will be entertained the sign board (open/close) should be on glass doors.

Hygiene and Safety

  1. Maintain a high standard of personal cleanliness.
  2. Disinfect tools, chairs, and workstations after each client
  3. Wash hands before and after each client.
  4. Must use gloves and Mask to prevent the spread of infections.
  5. Properly dispose of hair clippings, used razors, and other waste.
  6. Smoking not allowed indoors for any clients (Fine of 500 on employee and 500 on client will be applied)

Operational Procedures

  1. Adhere to the schedule and notify clients promptly if there are any delays.
  2. Regularly check and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Floor Manager responsibility to assign any employee or take ownership of it.
  3. Floor Manager will monitor and report when supplies are running low.
  4. Strick Warnings for worker and sandwich rule apply who do off on (FRI-SAT-SUN) whole week off + 3000 deduction without warning
  5. Daily food/tea will not exceed from 1000 or else IBALI OWNERS are not responsible.

Communication

  1. Work collaboratively with colleagues and support one another.
  2. Address any conflicts or issues professionally and promptly with your Floor Manager first, if the issue isn't resolved then
  3. Provide constructive feedback and be open to receiving it

Financial Transactions

  1. Ensure all transactions are accurate and provide receipts to customers.
  2. Cash Handling: Cash handling and securing cash will totally be a responsibility of first Asad Sattar and Second Rashid Bhukari
  3. All workers working in salon are totally working on the percentage based i.e 40% cost of their total service provided to the clients.
  4. Every worker 10% will be deducted every day from their 40% and will be return 10th day of next month.

Training and Development

  1. After shifts ends if there will be a training sessions and stay updated on industry trends. Everyone needs to attend regardless of anything. As per instruction given by the Floor manager or the Operational Manager

General Behavior

  1. Treat all clients and coworkers equally regardless of race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic
  2. Maintain a harassment-free workplace.
  3. No consumption of alcohol or drugs during work hours.
  4. Language Preference: No other language will be cater among the employee or client. If anyone found doing so there will be a penalty of 300 for daily wages/commissions/percentage.
  5. No other than customers will be entertained in work place (its worker duty to tell them and move them outside the salon)

Miscellaneous

  1. Limit personal phone use to break times.
  2. Do not post any content related to the barber shop or clients without proper authorization
